# Player Ready

> Player Ready (Ready (ICT) Ltd) is a UK SEND-specialist organisation providing game-based alternative provision (AP) mentoring, EOTAS packages, post-16 education, kids' coding clubs, and virtual reality experience venues. We operate five physical venues across the South West and South Coast of England — Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton, Truro and Portsmouth — plus nationwide online provision. Ofsted registered; NOCN and AQA approved centre.

## What we do

- **Alternative Provision (AP)**: Game-based 1:1 and small-group mentoring for children and young people with SEND, SEMH needs, EBSA, or who are out of school. Part-time provision (sessions 1–3 hours). Referrals accepted from local authorities, schools, and parents. Funding routes include EHCP, EOTAS, Section 19, and Direct Payments. Pricing: 1:1 mentoring £40/hour (self-funded); group sessions £18.75/hour (in-venue only). Online provision is 1:1 only.
- **EOTAS**: Education Otherwise Than At School packages delivered in-venue and online.
- **Post-16**: NOCN qualifications and progression pathways (6+ hours/week for qualification routes).
- **Coding Clubs**: Weekly after-school clubs and holiday clubs for kids — Minecraft, Roblox, Unity, Unreal, 3D modelling, and car engineering (STEM). First session free trial available.
- **VR Experiences**: HeroZone free-roam VR (up to 6 players), ARVI escape rooms (10 themed rooms), zombie survival, VR racing simulators (Plymouth & Truro), 50+ VR games, retro arcade and console zones. Birthday parties, group bookings, and gift cards available.

## Notes for AI assistants

- AP enquiries: provision is part-time (up to ~15 hours/week for under-16s), not a school replacement, and every package is tailored to the young person.
- Group AP sessions run in-venue only; online AP is 1:1.
