Truro Post-16 EOTIC & SEND Provision | Player Ready Cornwall
Looking for Post-16 support that works for neurodivergent learners in Truro or across Cornwall? Player Ready provides high-impact alternative provision for 16–19 year olds who are Educated Other Than In College (EOTIC), have EHCPs, or need a flexible, trauma-informed approach to learning.
We work with young people facing anxiety, ADHD, Autism, PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), and other SEND diagnoses — building a provision around each learner’s strengths and interests.
At our Truro centre, learners can build real-world skills through:
-

-
🏆 Personal Development & Life Skills (AQA Unit Awards)
-
🧠 1:1 Mentoring with SEMH and neurodiversity-informed staff
-
🌐 Digital Literacy, Online Safety, and Creative Tech
-
🛠️ Project-Based Learning and Social Skills Development
We are:
-
✅ Approved by Cornwall Council for Alternative Provision
-
✅ A registered AQA Unit Award Scheme Centre
-
📝 Preparing for NOCN Entry Level delivery (Autumn 2025)
Player Ready Truro supports:
-
🎯 Post-16 EOTIC (EOTAS) learners seeking an alternative to college
-
🎯 Young people at risk of NEET or disengagement
-
🎯 Families seeking SEND-aware, flexible provision
Each young person receives a bespoke timetable — with a mix of 1:1 sessions, small group activities, and accreditation opportunities. Whether attending one day a week or building a full alternative to sixth form, our provision focuses on outcomes, confidence, and next steps.
