  • 🧠 Mentors – Online and In-Venue digital skills mentoring (supporting children and young people in AP and SEND settings)
  • 🕹️ VR & Gaming Hosts – Venue Based Part-Time Supporting Families to have fun with Gaming & VR (weekends & holidays)
  • 💻 Online Mentors – Remote roles supporting 1:1 sessions and creative learning, digital skills, game design etc.
  • 🧾 Admin & Support Staff – Flexible back office roles including sales, marketing, safeguarding, scheduling, financial control and parent liaison

We work with vulnerable children and young people, and all roles are subject to Enhanced DBS checks, training under Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and ongoing safeguarding supervision. We are an OFSTED registered provider under the Voluntary Childcare Register and work closely with schools, local authorities and parents across the UK.

Job Type: Part-Time, Full-Time, Flexible Working Available

About Us:

Player Ready: Level-Up! is seeking enthusiastic mentors with a passion for digital skills to join our growing team. We provide engaging and interactive education to young people aged 7-19, helping them develop skills in coding, game design, digital art, digital music, animation, robotics, technology and gaming. This role is ideal for those looking to inspire the next generation of digital creators, whether you have teaching experience or are simply eager to share your knowledge in a mentoring capacity.

Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Based in one of our physical venues or online*. 
✅ Deliver engaging mentoring sessions online, with potential for in-person 1:1 or small group sessions at our locations.
✅ Support young learners in developing their skills in various digital disciplines.
✅ Provide guidance and encouragement, adapting sessions to suit different learning styles and abilities.
✅ Work with children and young people with SEND: ADHD, Autism, PDA, or other SEMH needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
✅ Follow safeguarding policies and complete necessary training.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Enthusiasm and passion for digital skills, gaming, or creative technology – basically, we want nerds and geeks who love what they do!
✅ Entry-level or advanced skills in one or more areas: coding, game design, digital art, digital music, animation, robotics, technology, and gaming.
✅ Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
✅ Comfortable working online and engaging with students remotely.
✅ Willingness to work with children and young people, including those with SEND and complex needs (training provided).
✅ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.

Legal Requirements:
✅ Two references required.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (to be completed upon successful application).

✅ Right to work in the UK.

What We Offer:
