Player Ready:Level-Up Alternative Provision in West Sussex
Flexible Online EOTAS Provision for West Sussex Learners
Player Ready delivers high-quality, online Alternative Provision for children and young people across West Sussex who are unable to attend school. We specialise in EOTAS (Education Other Than At School), offering safe, creative, and consistent support for learners with SEND, anxiety, sensory needs, and EHCPs.
Our trauma-informed mentors deliver engaging, tech-based sessions from the safety of home — ideal for learners who cannot access mainstream education due to emotional, medical, or behavioural barriers.
Already Supporting West Sussex Learners
While we are not yet formally listed as a West Sussex County Council approved provider, our approval process is underway, and we are:
- ✅ Already supporting learners in the region
- ✅ Working with schools and parent-funded referrals
- ✅ Fully insured and safeguarding-compliant
- ✅ Ready for immediate commissioning by schools, LAs, or families
We provide a full approval pack on request, including policies, insurance, risk assessments, and Safer Recruitment evidence.

Our online provision is available to learners throughout West Sussex, including:
Chichester, Worthing, Crawley, Bognor Regis, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Littlehampton, and surrounding towns and villages.
We also offer in-person sessions at our Portsmouth venue, which is:
- ✅ Quality assured by Hampshire County Council
- ✅ Approved by Portsmouth City Council
- ✅ Staffed by trained mentors experienced with EHCP and safeguarding responsibilities
For families near the Hampshire border, this offers a flexible blend of online and face-to-face delivery.
